• Action Replace Image

    NOTE: Use the following step-by-step guide with the screen capture at the bottom.

    1. Name the action.
    2. Put the action in category folder (optional).
    3. Connect to action groups (optional).
    4. Type the name of the image to search for.
    5. Set if the search is case sensitive or not.
    6. Choose if you want to search inside the URL paths of images, the background image or both.
    7. Choose to search inside links, outside links or in both.
    8. Choose if you want to match only whole words, if the search text is in the beginning or in the end of words. Choose ‘none’ if you want to match the search everywhere.
    9. Choose the containers in which you want the images to be replaced. Choose none if you want to apply the action over the whole page, regardless of containers.
    10. Specify the new image’s URL or click on the Media Manager to upload an image.
    11. Specify a delay between loading the page and displaying the popup.
    12. Choose a page group to limit the action only to pages that belong to the group.

    At the bottom of every Personalization Action there is an ‘Alert’ feature. The Alert can:

    1. Send an email alerting that an action is underperforming,
    2. Automatically deactivate that action or audience when the visitor matches some audience( custom conditions are met).
    3. Or influence 3rd party apps via Webhook actions based on campaign performance.
