Every metric Personyze reports, defined in one place. You’ll meet these in each campaign’s Performance step, in the Analytics section, and in scheduled reports — all sliceable by date range, campaign, action and audience.
Where the numbers live
- Per campaign — the campaign editor’s Performance step: impressions, CTR, conversion rate and revenue for that campaign’s actions and A/B variations.
- Account-wide — the Analytics section of the panel, including recommendations-specific reports.
- Delivered to you — Automation → Scheduled reports emails a summary of one campaign or all of them on a schedule; one-time file export is available from the report views.
Conversions and goals are defined under Settings → Conversion tracking — track the checkout button click or simply the thank-you page; either usually works. With e-commerce tracking on, purchase value attributes to every campaign (an exit-intent coupon popup shows the revenue of those who clicked it and checked out), not just recommendations. Goal elements can also be located by describing them to the AI, and custom goals can be reported from JavaScript.
General terms
- Impressions — every time a piece of Personyze content is displayed to a visitor. An impression is delivered when it appears in the visible area of the page — a banner at the bottom counts as delivered only once the visitor scrolls to it; executed means it was placed on the page, seen or not.
- Clicks — total clicks on clickable content (a banner counts; a JS action has nothing to click). The element that counts is the one marked click target in the action editor.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) — percentage of impressions that were clicked. Multiple clicks per session count — seen ten times, clicked five, CTR is 50%.
- CTR of Visits — percentage of sessions in which the content was clicked at least once — seen ten times in a session, clicked five, visit-CTR counts one click: 10%.
- Conversion — any behaviour you defined as a conversion (checkout, demo booked, asset downloaded). Conversion Rate — percentage of those who saw the action that converted.
- Goal / Goals Value — any behaviour you define as a goal, on site, in email or in app; its value defaults to 1 and can be dynamic (an order total, for example).
- Page Views — every page loaded with the Personyze tag. Pages Per Visit — pages seen in the session by visitors who saw the content.
- Session — one visit: begins on arrival and contains the visitor’s activity until they leave; presence is sampled every 30 seconds. Session Duration — average time on site for the campaign’s visitors, to 1-minute accuracy.
- Bounce Rate — percentage of visitors who left after a single page view.
Recommendations terms
- Contribution — revenue from items found through the widget, as a share of total revenue. Contribution trans. — the same ratio counted in transactions.
- Product Purchases — purchases of items found through the widget, and their share of all purchases.
- Sessions Added to Cart / Sessions Purchased from Widget — percentage of sessions in which the visitor added to cart / purchased via the widget.
Email terms
- Open Rate — opened, of those sent. Email CTR — clicked a link, of those who saw it. Email Conversion Rate — converted, of those who clicked through.
- Email Contribution Rate — revenue from buyers who clicked through the email, as a share of total revenue.
- Emails Sent / per day / Total — volume counters; Unsubscribe Rate — recipients who unsubscribed.
