AI Finders, Set Up with AI — A Product or Content Finder Drafted from Your Own Catalog

Personyze reads your products in stock or your articles, writes an AI finder's words and examples, draws it on your own home page and tries it, and you publish it to staging.

AI Product Finder, set up with AI and AI Content Finder, set up with AI build a finder from what your site already has. Personyze reads your products in stock (or your articles), writes the finder’s words and examples to tap in your site’s language, draws it in your colour on your own home page, and tries each example. You change anything, and publish to staging. Start it in New campaign: on the AI Product Finder or AI Content Finder card, press Quick setup with AI. An account has one of each — once yours exists, the button says Open your AI setup.

Two short videos, one for each finder: from your catalog or your articles to a finder on your pages.

The articles and their topics, the questions, how it looks on the blog’s own home page, the articles each example finds, and Publish to staging.
Nothing reaches your visitors until you publish. The setup’s own press is Publish to staging: only your testing devices see the finder. Publish to live, at the top of the page, is yours. Setting it up uses no AI credit — its words come from your catalog by rules; each question a visitor later asks is one AI conversation of your assistant’s.

How it works

The first step opens with How it works in four steps — We read your catalog (or your articles), We write its words, We draw it on your page, You try it, then publish — and a Guide. The campaign’s steps are What it finds from, The questions, How it looks and where and Try it and publish, then the campaign’s own Catalog, events, Content, Target, QA, Conversations and Performance.

The finder is an ordinary action of the campaign, added as soon as your catalog is read, with everything the setup proposes already applied and marked Proposed: you change it rather than build it. It is saved with the campaign; Discard drops it.

Set it up for me, or step by step

Card What happens
Set up for you (Recommended) — Set it up for me Its words, examples and look are ready, at the foot of your pages. Personyze tries the examples for you and opens Try it and publish: you check one page, then publish to staging.
Step by step — Let me check each step Opens The questions; you go through the steps one at a time.

What it finds from

A product finder picks only from your products in stock; a content finder from your articles. The step counts them, lists your Categories and Brands (or Topics), and shows Views recorded (Reads recorded) in the last 7 days.

It also picks from your rankings — Trending now, Best sellers, Most read and the rest: each your data supports is ticked as Proposed, the others say why not (“Too few views in the last day”).

How it answers: It — Finds products for what a visitor asks or Answers about the product on the page (product finder only), Which product feed when you have several, It may recommend and Knowledge base. Change opens the finder’s editor in a drawer beside the step.

With nothing to pick from, it says Your catalog has no products in stock (Connect a store) or You have no articles for it to pick from (Connect your articles).

The questions

Its words: Title, Invitation and Inside the box (the hint in the question box). Where a word differs from the draft, the draft shows beside it as Proposed: “…” with Use this.

Examples to tap: each is a category, brand, price or topic of your own that finds at least two items, and says what it stands for — “Category: Outerwear · 3 products in stock”. Lists of brands, collections of offers and test names are left out. Keep up to four, or reword one: your words are then searched as a visitor’s question. Beside the list, the real finder is drawn opened on your own home page.

The setup writes English, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish; a site in another language is told to change the words into its own.

How it looks and where

The finder is drawn on your own home page, On a computer and On a phone, and again as you change it.

  • Its look — Your colour (your site’s own, from your brand profile or your chat), Light or Dark. With no colour known, Dark is proposed on a dark site, Light on the rest.
  • Where it shows — A bar at the foot (proposed, seen on every page), A small button that opens the bar, or In a spot on a page, chosen in the finder’s editor.
  • Also set — Colours, corners, font (Change the look), The × and Phones.

Try it and publish

Try these 4 examples runs the finder’s own search for each — free. What it found shows the items. A miss is no reason to drop a good question: Try it searches words, while the finder understands the question — check it on staging.

What it may offer: Your offers (from AI Chat → Offers) and A meeting, ticked when you have an active one, and A person — whether it may hand over to one.

What you publish sums it up: the finder, its examples, Where (with Target), Also from and Language. Press Publish to staging, then Check it on your site (QA). On a live campaign, changes go out with the buttons at the top.

Everything else

The results page, its buttons, its rules and the look in full are in the finder’s own editor, in a drawer beside the step or on the Content step; a saved setup also has Open the full editor. See the design step, card by card.

Beside a finder the campaign already had, the setup only fills what is empty (Fill in what is empty); a finder you removed comes back only with Add the finder.

Limits

  • An account has one AI Product Finder setup and one AI Content Finder setup.
  • Four examples at most, each shared by at least two items.
  • To go live it needs the AI Chat add-on, or its trial; Try it and publish says so on an account without it.
  • No Knowledge, Data, People or Automation step: the assistant’s own settings are in AI Search & Chat, set up with AI or AI Chat.
  • Where your home page cannot be pictured, the finder is drawn on a sketch of a page.
