My profile is yours alone: what you change there applies to your own login, not to the rest of the team. Open the account menu at the top right of the panel and choose User › My profile. It has two cards: Profile — your personal details — and Sign-in & security — how you access this account.
Profile
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Required. A password reset link is sent to the address saved here. | |
| First name, Last name | How you appear to the team. |
| Company, Phone, Address, Postal code | Optional. |
Click Save changes (“Profile saved.”), or Cancel to put back what was there. Leaving the page with unsaved changes asks you first.
Product & marketing emails
A switch: “Occasional product updates, tips, and offers. We never share your address.” It is saved with Save changes.
Panel language
“The language of the panel interface. Applies right away, on every screen.” Choose from English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Nederlands, Português, Italiano, 日本語 and Ελληνικά; the page reloads in the new language. Unlike the rest of the card, it needs no Save changes.
- It is per person: each teammate picks their own.
- It changes the panel only. Showing a campaign to visitors in their language is Languages.
Changing your password
Passwords are not typed in on My profile. In Sign-in & security, the Password row has Change password, which emails you a secure link to set a new one.
- The row then reads Reset link sent to and your address, with Resend email.
- “The link keeps working until your password changes, so use it as soon as you can — and ignore it if you didn’t ask for it.”
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in page, under the password box, click Forgot your password?. On Reset your password, enter your Email and click Email me a reset link. The page then says Check your email: “The link is good for one password change.” If nothing arrives within a minute, check your spam or junk folder.
Typing a wrong password several times on the sign-in page offers the same link there — see Two-step sign-in.
Sign-in method
The first row of Sign-in & security shows how you sign in: Email & password, or Single sign-on when the account is connected to your company’s identity provider. The sign-in page offers these ways in:
| On the sign-in page | What happens |
|---|---|
| Email, Password, Log in | The usual way. Always available, also on an account with single sign-on. |
| Google / Microsoft (under Or continue with) | Signs you in as the user with the same email address as that Google or Microsoft account. An address that has no Personyze user starts a new sign-up instead. |
| SSO | Asks for your Work email or company domain, then Continue with SSO takes you to your company’s identity provider. |
Single sign-on is an additional way in, not a replacement: with it connected, your email and password keep working. An administrator connects the identity provider under Integrations — see Set up a single sign-on (SSO) client.
Two-step sign-in
The last row of Sign-in & security adds a second step after the password: a code from an authenticator app, or a code we email you when you sign in from a new browser. Each person sets up their own; the account owner and Managers can require it for everyone on Team members. Everything about it — setting it up, recovery codes, a lost phone — is on Two-step sign-in.
When signing in fails
| The sign-in page says | What to do |
|---|---|
| “That email or password doesn’t look right. Please try again.” | Check the address, then use Forgot your password?. |
| “We couldn’t find a sign-in page for that company. Check the domain, or use your email and password.” | The domain you gave for SSO is not connected to an identity provider. Try your full work email, or sign in with your password. |
| “Google sign-in didn’t load. Please use your email and password, or try again.” | A browser extension or network may be blocking Google; sign in with your password. |
| “We couldn’t reach the login service.” | Check your connection, and try again in a moment. |
The sign-in page also shows the support address under Need help signing in?.
