Personyze AI is an agent that works inside your account. Describe what you want in plain words and it does the work — it builds campaigns styled to your brand, picks the right layout, targets the right visitors, tells you what to improve, and answers from your own data. It’s the fastest way to get something live, and it stays inside a safe staging space until you publish.
It builds campaigns that look like your site
This is the part that makes the agent worth using. When you ask for a campaign, Personyze scans your website first — it reads your brand colors, your fonts, your button style, and even the tone of your copy — and builds the campaign to match. What you get back looks like your site, not a generic template dropped on top of it.

Because the styling comes from your live site, a new visitor can’t tell Personyze built it. Don’t like a choice? Say “try a different color” or “make the button square” and it re-styles on the spot — you’re never editing CSS.
Start from a template, or let it choose
Every campaign can begin from Personyze’s template library — popups, announcement bars, slide-ins, spin-to-win wheels, recommendation rows, countdown bars, and more. Ask to see them and the agent shows the gallery; pick one and it keeps your offer and restyles the template to your brand. Or just describe the goal and let the agent choose the layout that fits.

Targeting compiled from plain words — staged safely
Describe who should see it and the agent compiles that into real targeting rules and reads them back to you, so a rule that means something slightly different from what you asked can’t slip through unnoticed.

- New campaigns start in staging. They’re shown only to visitors arriving from a staging IP — your live site is untouched. You publish it yourself when you’re happy.
- Live changes are confirmed and reversible. Pausing or resuming an action affects real visitors, so the agent names exactly what will change and asks first — one action at a time.
It tells you what to improve
You don’t have to know what to ask. Ask “what should I improve this week?” and the agent looks across your pages, products and campaigns and comes back with specific, ranked opportunities — a page that’s leaking returning visitors, products people view but rarely buy that are worth a discount, a campaign that has quietly stopped showing. Each one comes with a one-tap action to draft or fix it.

It answers from your own data
Ask about performance and the agent reads the same numbers the panel reports — per-action results, site-wide traffic by page, source, device and geography, and per-product stats — and turns the answer into a next step. It won’t quote a click-through rate on a sample too small to mean anything; it says so instead.

Everything you can ask
- Build & style — “Build a welcome-offer popup for first-time visitors.” · “Make it a bar instead.” · “Match my brand.”
- Target — “Returning mobile visitors on the pricing page who haven’t bought.” · “Duplicate my Black Friday campaign for returning visitors.”
- Improve — “What should I improve this week?” · “Which products should I discount?”
- Understand — “Which campaigns performed best?” · “Where am I losing traffic?”
- Manage — “Pause the checkout popup.” · “Add everyone in this list to Enterprise Prospects.”
- Learn — “How do I set up conversion tracking?” — answered from this knowledge base, with links.
Where to find it
Open Personyze AI from the top bar of the panel and start typing. It’s also available to external assistants — Claude, ChatGPT and others — through the Personyze MCP server. For the AI built into the campaign editor and targeting, see AI in Personyze.
Pricing — AI tokens
Using the agent spends AI tokens. Your package includes a monthly token allowance, and the balance is shown in the assistant as you work — it updates with each request and resets each billing cycle. Larger packages include a larger allowance; there’s no separate AI subscription to buy. For what’s included with each package, see Personyze plans or ask your account manager.
In short
Personyze AI turns “I wish someone would just set this up” into a sentence — and what it sets up already looks like your brand. It does the work in a safe staging space, explains what it did, tells you what to do next, and leaves you in control of what goes live.
