Ask for a Platform Review sends visitors to review you on another site — Google, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Facebook, or any other. Where a Review Form collects reviews on your own site, this collects them where other shoppers look.
Adding it
Add action → Reviews → Ask for a Platform Review. The designs:
- Review Buttons — one button per platform.
- Review Your Purchase — the last product bought, pictured, with a button to its review.
- Thank-You Page Banner.
The platform fields
- Google — the review link from Google Business Profile → Ask for reviews, or a Place ID (it starts with
ChIJ). - Trustpilot — a review link or your domain.
- G2, Capterra, Facebook.
- Another platform — a name and a link.
With no platform filled in, the design shows nothing.
What to know
- Personyze does not see what visitors write on those sites. Clicks on the buttons are counted: Asked and Clicked on the campaign’s Reviews report.
- Every visitor you target is asked the same way. Google and Trustpilot forbid asking only the customers likely to be happy, so there is no setting that asks by rating.
