Who can get in
- Team members — Add colleagues, choose what each of them may do, and keep staging separate from production.
- Single sign-on (SSO) — Sign your team in through your own identity provider instead of a Personyze password.
- Two-step sign-in — A code from an authenticator app or from email after the password, on each new browser; owners can require it for everyone.
- Partner portal — For Personyze partners: certification, leads, referrals and payouts, from the account menu.
What you are paying for
- Your plan — Change plan, and switch on the add-on modules — the AI assistant, hosted landing pages.
- Billing — Balance, AI credits, saved cards, auto-recharge, and redeeming a coupon or partner code.
- Signing up — the plan, the features and the add-on trials you start with.
How the site behaves
- Site profile settings — Which capabilities are active for one tracked site, the analytics options, the advanced controls — and your SFTP credentials.
When you need a person
- Help & Support — Open a ticket, ask for a consultation or an account-manager call, and follow the reply in the panel.
- Find an expert — a Personyze-certified agency to set up and run your campaigns, in your language.
Installing Personyze and getting the first campaign out are a different job — that is
