Troubleshooting: An Integration Stopped Syncing

Data has stopped flowing to or from a connected tool — the authorization, the field mapping, the rate limit, and how to tell which it is.

Data isn’t flowing to or from a connected tool (CRM, ESP, CDP, ABM). Most sync issues are one of these.

Check these

  1. Is the connection still authorized? Tokens expire or get revoked. In Settings → Integrations, open the tool’s card — if it shows disconnected or errored, reconnect it.
  2. Field mapping — confirm the fields you expect are mapped on both sides; an unmapped or renamed field silently drops.
  3. Timing — some syncs are batched, not instant. Give it the documented interval, or use a manual “sync now” where available before assuming it’s broken.
  4. Webhook endpoint healthy? If you push via a webhook (Zapier/Make/CRM), test the endpoint URL directly — a changed URL or a downstream error stops delivery.
  5. Consent/opt-out — profiles that opted out won’t be pushed. That’s by design.

Each tool has its own setup guide — browse Integrations for Klaviyo, HubSpot, Segment, Tealium, and the rest.
