Setting up Integration with Zeotap CDP

Integrate Zeotap data with Personyze for hyper-personalization and targeting. This integration enables the seamless transfer of segments from Zeotap CDP to Personyze, allowing users to leverage them for targeted and personalized campaigns within Personyze platform.

Create a Destination for Personyze

1. Log into the Zeotap CDP App and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
2. Click + Create Destination.
   
3. Under the All Destinations section, search for Personyze.
   
4. Click Personyze. A screen appears displaying details about the particular destination towards the left. On the right-hand side of the screen find a list of fields that are required for the integration to be established. Enter the required details as mentioned in the following steps:
   1. Enter a name for the Destination.
   2. Enter the Private API Key that you have obtained from your Personyze account. For more information about how to obtain it from Personyze, refer to Components of Personyze section.
   3. Review all the values entered above and then click Next to proceed.

   n the new screen that appears, under Choose your Action, choose Send Attributes to Personyze as the action for activating your audience (segment) on the Audiences module. This auto-populates Internal ID, Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone and Industry under Map the Fields. Note that you can edit or remove any field from the mapping except for the mandatory fields.
   
   

6. Click Create Destination. The created Destination gets listed in the Audiences application, which can be linked to an audience/segment.
