The classic “Bought Together” look: a photo strip joined by plus signs on top, a Total price box with one call-to-action button beside it, and a checkbox list of the items below. Unchecking an item removes its photo from the strip, re-flows the plus signs, and updates the total, the savings line, and the button count instantly.

How this template works

  • The strip mirrors the selection. Only checked items appear in the photo strip; the first visible photo never carries a plus sign. Max Photos in Strip caps how many photos show (0 = all; set 3 for the strict classic look), and Strip Photo Style controls their size and border. The whole strip can be turned off with Show Image Strip.
  • The button counts the bundle. The default label is Add all %N to Cart — %N is replaced live with the number of selected items. A separate Button Text (single item) label (default Add to Cart) is used when only one item remains selected.
  • The checkbox list. Each row shows a checkbox, an optional thumbnail, the product name as a link, and the price on the right; the current product carries a This item: label. Show Thumbnails in List (on/off) switches between the illustrated list and the text-only classic look.
  • Compact Mobile View. On small screens (on by default): smaller strip photos, the total box moves below the strip full-width, thumbnails shrink, and extra info lines hide.
  • Shared engine. Everything from the Buy Together template carries over: four style accents plus Title/Buttons/Font/Info-Order look presets, savings line and selected counter, animated total, max items with a collapsible + N more link (revealed items arrive unchecked), default selection, badges with sensible thresholds, loading skeleton, Smooth Reveal, Popup Hugs Widget, central price format, the modern/system/custom confirmation toasts, and the built-in stale-data protection (Require Current-Page View, on by default): the widget only shows when the current-product card links to the page being viewed, hiding itself on other pages or when the data still belongs to the previous page.
  • Live demo mode. While designing, demo products appear automatically with a working strip, totals, and toggles — site visitors never see them.

Good to know

  • “This item” is always the product being viewed. The current-product card is bound to the visitor’s latest product view, independent of the recommendation algorithm you pick — the algorithm only decides the recommended add-ons. In the editor preview, sample data can make it look otherwise; on the live site the binding holds.
  • Revealed items come in unchecked. Products behind the + N more link never inflate the total silently; the strip rebuilds whenever items are revealed or collapsed.
  • Photos with broken or missing images remove themselves from the strip automatically rather than showing a broken-image icon.
  • Social proof and product info lines are available but off by default — the classic look is intentionally clean; turn them on per scope if you want them.
  • Saved template cards freeze their code. Re-save your copy in Your templates after major updates.
